Brad Berzins, SIOR

Founder & Principal


Prior to founding NAI Skyway National Partners in 2020, Berzins worked as a prominent Industrial Leasing Broker and Investment Sales Broker in the Mid-Atlantic for the past 20 years at NAI KLNB. An SIOR with a unique track record that includes expertise and core experience in both Industrial / Flex Leasing while also spearheading the growth of NAI KLNB’s Investment Sales Division, he completed transactions valued at more than $1 billion during his career. In addition to his brokerage responsibilities, he served on the KLNB Executive Committee and was instrumental in the firm becoming the largest and most profitable independently-owned brokerage company in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Berzins has been an advisor to clients in the acquisition of over one million square feet of space in Tampa and Southwest Florida.

Along with focusing on the day-to-day growth of NAI Skyway National Partners, Berzins primary charge is building and creating two first in class divisions for the company: The Investment Sales Division serving all sectors along with the Industrial / Flex Leasing division that will focus on Tenant and Landlord Representation.

Highly regarded by his clients and peers, Berzins has represented Institutional, Mid-Market, and Regional owners, buyers, and tenants throughout his career, and that practice will continue with NAI Skyway National Partners. He will continue to service the real estate needs of clients in the Mid-Atlantic through the firm’s Maryland office.

Berzins, his wife, and three children live in Sarasota and enjoy an outdoor lifestyle of golf, fishing, cheering on and coaching their children on the lacrosse field.

He is a 1996 graduate of Johns Hopkins University where he played on the men’s lacrosse team. He obtained his MBA from Johns Hopkins in 2006.

Brandy McAdams

Principal |Retail Lead-Tampa Office


McAdams joins NAI Skyway National Partners as a Principal and brings more than 10 years of retail experience in commercial real estate.

Highly respected by her peers and clients, she is a creative and astute business person and negotiator who specializes in providing first-in-class tenant representation and owner representation for retail transactions involving shopping centers, ground-up development, pad sites, and land.

After working for a variety of other brokerage firms, McAdams founded a full-service company in 2014 with the goal of filling a void in the marketplace. She quickly built a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm that catered to entrepreneurs and established businesses that offered an extremely high level of service that was responsive and customer-focused.

With extensive knowledge of central and southern Florida, McAdams excels at helping businesses find the perfect locations and properties that make sense for their brand. Whether a concept is entering Florida or requiring expansion in established markets, she is highly skilled at securing locations that meet the exacting needs of companies.

A Tampa Bay Woman of the Year finalist for the Westchase Charitable Foundation, McAdams works with several Tampa Bay area non-profits that help children and families as well as raising funds for children with special needs. Her family time is spent with her husband, children, and her two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys supporting the Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Ashley Thompson

Vice President


Thompson is a Southwest Florida native and a third-generation real estate professional. Prior to joining NAI Skyway National Partners, Thompson worked as an Associate in the CBRE Tampa office, specializing in the representation of landlords and tenants with a concentration on office leasing. Thompson partnered in the representation of over 2 million square feet of office and flex space.

Thompson began her career as an Investment Sales Analyst where she aided in the underwriting and valuation analysis of approximately $530 million in potential Class A office asset acquisitions and dispositions, totaling over 2.6 million square feet. She also worked on an Investment Sales Team at HFF where she underwrote and executed over $600 million of investment sales, debt placement, and equity recapitalization transactions for stabilized, transitionary, and to-be-developed assets.

Thompson has the unique ability to look at real estate investments from the perspective of an owner, a leasing agent, and an investment sales broker. She combines those skill sets to be able to provide her clients with an exceptional understanding of how to maximize value in a property and maintain high occupancy. Thompson, her husband, and black lab live in Sarasota where they enjoy an active lifestyle full of exercising, playing tennis, and paddle boarding in the Gulf of Mexico.

She is a 2014 graduate of Rollins College where she was Captain of the NCAA Division II top-10 Women’s Tennis Team. She obtained her MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business MBA program in 2015.

Andrew Fox

Associate, Director of Research | Tampa Office


Fox brings over 5 years of commercial real estate experience in the Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida market, with a core background in retail leasing and sales. As part of the NAI Skyway National Partners team, Fox is a key component of the firm’s Retail and Industrial / Flex divisions, focusing on Landlord and Tenant Representation.

With a primary focus on retail leasing, Fox has worked on Tenant representation assignments with national brands such as Tropical Smoothie Café, Firehouse Subs, Fazoli’s, Mathnasium, and Chicken Salad Chick. He has partnered on multi-unit, market rollouts that have involved touring the market with franchise owners and corporate representatives, mapping out trade areas of interest based on market intel and data, and negotiating deals ranging from leases on spaces in multi-retail centers to owner user purchases of outparcels for development. In Landlord representation assignments, Fox has been involved in negotiating deals with users ranging from national tenants such as Verizon and Chipotle to local and regional businesses as part of the curated tenant mix that fit the property owner and market’s needs. He has been a part of the leasing team on multi-tenant retail properties across Southwest and Central Florida, including the Titus Landing center in Titusville, a 350,000 square foot power center.

In addition to serving as an Associate on the NAI Skyway National Partners team, Fox serves as the firm’s Director of Research. In this role, he is responsible for putting together site approval packages for the firm’s Tenant representation clients, keeping the firm’s internal database of sales and lease comps, generating surveys for inbound Tenant representation requirements, and research of zoning and municipal requirements for properties. Fox’s understanding of mapping, data, and market trends is a resource to all the firm’s asset class divisions.

Fox is a Florida native, having grown up in Jacksonville and moving to Tampa to go to the University of South Florida, where he graduated in 2016. Fox, his wife, and their two goldendoodles live in Tampa where they enjoy cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning and spending their free time at the best dog-friendly venues in town.

J.R. Rudicil

Sales Associate / Tampa Office


Jeff R. Rudicil (“J.R.”) is a member of NAI Skyway National Partner’s Industrial and Office Services brokerage team in the Tampa Bay region, representing both landlords and tenants.

Prior to joining NAI, J.R. spent seven years as a Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent with Alterra Real Estate Advisors where he worked on a team responsible for over two million square feet of listings in Columbus, Ohio. He specialized in tenant and landlord representation for the sales and leasing of industrial, flex, office and medical office properties.

J.R. received his bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University, where he was a member of the JCU Tennis Team. In his spare time, J.R. is a sports enthusiast with a passion for golf, Mediterranean food and outdoor activities. He is also active in the Pets for Vets nonprofit organization to help make a difference in the lives of Veterans and rescued animals. JR and his wife reside in St Petersburg.

Andrew Georgelakos, SIOR

Principal | Fort Myers Office


Prior to co-founding NAI Skyway National Partners in 2020, Georgelakos served as President and Managing Partner of NAI KLNB, the largest and most successful privately-held commercial real estate brokerage firm in the Mid-Atlantic region for 17 years. His association with the company extended more than 30 years and while functioning as President, Georgelakos was responsible for the oversight of all real estate brokerage, asset management, and financial services operations. In his last two years at NAI KLNB, Georgelakos led the company to its most successful years in its history with more than $1.5 billion in transactional volume on the strength of more than 1000 transactions.

Under his leadership, KLNB ventured into the emerging Northern Virginia marketplace to open a new office location in the late 1990s, making it the first Baltimore-area commercial brokerage firm to enter this area. This decision significantly changed the arc of the company and stimulated tremendous growth, which was followed by the opening of an additional office in Washington, D.C.

Georgelakos has been an advisor to clients in the acquisition of over one million square feet of space in Southwest Florida.

Georgelakos will leverage his extensive real estate relationships, both in the Florida region and also nationally, to identify and secure new sales and leasing assignments for NAI Skyway National Partners. His role will also involve the identification and recruitment of new brokerage talent.

Over the course of his 35-year commercial real estate career, Georgelakos has received numerous recognitions for outstanding service from his peers in the industry. He was awarded the “Transaction of the Year” by the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors” by Corridor Real Estate Journal, and “Transaction of the Year Award” by the Washington Business Journal for the sale of the WorldCom Headquarters complex in Northern Virginia.

He will maintain his relationships in the Mid-Atlantic, and continue to provide real estate solutions to companies and investors, from the firm’s Maryland office.

Georgelakos and his wife live in Fort Myers and enjoy travel and giving back to the community. He earned his BS at the University of Maryland and his JD from the University of Baltimore.

Kevin M. Fitzgerald, CSE

Fort Myers & Naples Office


Fitzgerald has more than 35 years of diversified commercial real estate experience and is recognized for his expertise in corporate services and strategic planning, as well as his proficiency as a portfolio advisor and implementation service provider. He has a successful track record of achieving business growth, the development of cohesive and high-performing teams, and exceeding sales goals.

In his role with NAI Skyway National Partners, Fitzgerald will continue his practice in the Southwest Florida marketplace and assist with the growth of NAI Skyway National Partners within those markets. His responsibilities will include forming and strengthening relationships in the brokerage community and seeking corporate services, landlord, seller, tenant, and buyer representation assignments for the firm.

Over the course of his professional career, Fitzgerald has represented Amoco, BP, HNI Corp., and Midas International. For Amoco, he managed the activities of more than 70 brokers in 33 states for 10 years. While serving as Executive Vice President and Director of Corporate Services at NAI Ruhl Commercial Company in Iowa, he completed near $1 billion in sales worldwide. Fitzgerald is a five-time winner of the NAI Associate of the Year award and has garnered the International Networking and Chairman’s Award on six separate occasions. He is also the Past Chairman of the NAI Global Leadership Board of Directors.

Alexa Dennis

Brokerage Coordinator


Alexa Dennis is a Brokerage Coordinator for NAI Skyway National Partners who supports all brokers with all commercial listings, sales and marketing support.

As a recent graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a Communications degree, her educational background provides her with innovative insights into our brokers daily needs in order to support our clients. New to the Tampa area, Alexa is excited to spend her free time exploring the beaches and rich culture.
